1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to any game server hosted under mc.nexanow.live, using the official website, or participating in connected social channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all server regulations.

2. Minecraft EULA Compliance

Nexa Network is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation. All gameplay features, permissions, and virtual items adhere strictly to the commercial usage guidelines set out in the Mojang Commercial Usage Guidelines.

3. Virtual Items and Economy

In-game currency (Vault dollars), rank tags, cosmic crate keys, items, and virtual balances carry zero real-world cash value. They cannot be redeemed for legal tender, refunded, or transferred outside the network. Server management reserves the right to rebalance or adjust economy values to protect gameplay integrity.

4. Player Conduct and Termination

Players must abide by the rules detailed on our Rules page. Nexa Network administrators reserve the right to temporarily suspend, permanently ban, or restrict access to any player who engages in harassment, unauthorized modification of client packets, denial-of-service attempts, or exploitation of gameplay bugs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and 20.0 TPS performance, occasional maintenance windows or unplanned network interruptions may occur.
